Diamond III joined his father in the practice of law in
1969, beginning the firm which later evolved into Diamond
Hasser and Frost. James E. Hasser, Jr. was an Assistant
Alabama Attorney General before entering private practice.
James H. Frost was a member of a major defense firm from
1980 until 1989, where his practice was primarily representing
manufacturers in products liability claims. Mr. Hasser
joined the firm in 1988 and Mr. Frost joined the firm
1989. The firm concentrates on representing individual
plaintiffs in cases involving Personal Injury, Maritime
Injury and Death, Death on the High Seas, Jones Act, Products
Liability, Aviation, Toxic Torts, Federal Employers Liability
